A quote request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or binding offer. We may need further information, photos, an inspection, or a conversation before confirming scope, price, timing, and availability. A service is booked only when Gorilla Mowing confirms it directly with you.

Changes, weather, and access

Outdoor work may need to be rescheduled or adjusted because of weather, safety, equipment, access, or site conditions. If your needs or property conditions change, please tell us as soon as practical. We will communicate any material change to the agreed service where reasonably possible.

Payment and liability

Payment terms, charges, and any cancellation arrangements are confirmed as part of the relevant quote or booking. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the service we have agreed to provide. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to website use after it is posted. If you have a confirmed booking, the terms agreed for that booking continue to apply.
